When it comes to buying your holiday ornaments and faux trees, it pays to be ahead of the curve. The best time to purchase budget holiday decorations is when demand is at its lowest after the holiday season. But the best time to buy the newest and highest quality decorations (that may or may not be marked up) is right in the midst of the holiday season. It ultimately depends on your priorities.
Another option is to wait until Black Friday (the Friday after Thanksgiving) to purchase your decor. Many retailers have major sales on holiday decorations the entire weekend after the Thanksgiving holiday to kick off the Christmas season.
Thrift stores will have unique second-hand decorations that may not even be in production anymore. If individuality is your priority, thrift stores are the way to go. Shopping at local markets is the best way to keep your money in your community. The National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) does not issue service medals; that is a function of each military service department. Requests for the issuance or replacement of military service medals, decorations and awards should be directed to the specific branch of the military in which the veteran served. However, for cases involving Air Force and Army personnel (click here for exceptions), the NPRC will verify the awards to which a veteran is entitled and forward the request along with the records verification to the appropriate service department for issuance of the medals. Use the addresses listed below, and mail your request accordingly.
Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald expands upon the decoration system introduced in Gold and Silver with a larger variety of decorations and the introduction of Secret Bases. A Secret Base is a customizable space for the player, and decorations may be placed freely within them. Decorating the player's bedroom is more restricted than the previous games: only Pokémon dolls and cushions can be placed, and they must be placed on the bedroom rug. Up to 16 decorations can be placed in both the bedroom and a Secret Base.
There are several categories of decorations, with different functions and placement rules. Most decorations cannot overlap each other. However, Desks, along with Mats, allow for small decorations such as Pokémon dolls and Cushions to be placed on them as these types of decoration cannot be placed on a bare floor. Posters can only be placed on visible walls facing the screen. There are many kinds of Ornaments, several of which can be interacted with. Solid boards can be used to cover up holes in a Secret Base, allowing the player to cross them and expand their base. Chairs and plants have no unique properties.
It is possible to trade decorations with other players. Trading can allow a player to obtain certain decorations that are otherwise unavailable in their particular game. For example, the Red Tent can be traded to Sapphire and Emerald, or the Blue Tent to Ruby and Emerald, the Emerald-exclusive decorations can be traded to both Ruby and Sapphire, and the Regi dolls can be traded from a Japanese version of Ruby and Sapphire to a Japanese version of Emerald.
In order to trade decorations, the Trader must be present in the Mauville City Pokémon Center. This character will present a list of decorations that he is willing to trade for any other decoration. After mixing records with another player, the Trader will appear in their game and the decoration that was traded to him will be offered as part of his selection to the next player that receives him in their game.
Pokémon dolls, like many other decorations in this generation, are available by trading spheres to Hikers in the Underground. They can also be purchased on the fourth floor of the Veilstone Department Store. Instead of placing them on desks or mats, dolls, like many other decorations, cannot be placed on top of any other objects.
In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, decorations have returned as a feature of Super-Secret Bases. Many can be bought at the Decoration Floor in the Lilycove Department Store, and at the Secret Base Guild in Fortree City. Some of these decorations can now also be received from Secret Pals with the "Make some goods" skill (noted by 'm') and other base owners (noted by 'o').
Most furniture can be placed outside.[1] However, some items cannot be placed anywhere other than inside the Farmhouse or a Shed. Furniture will display a green square on tiles where it can be placed. The tile will turn red if the furniture cannot be placed. Note: Items placed outside the farm will be destroyed if a villager walks through the square where it is placed. The Crafting page shows player-created maps that indicate which tiles are safe from villager-pathing.
Most decorations can be bought from the shop, under its flower icon, for coins, diamonds, or vouchers. Caution must be exercised as no confirmation box will pop up before buying. Moreover, most decorations cost at least 2 coins more after each purchase.
As with most buildings and animal shelters, decorations can be moved, stored, and/or rotated by holding a finger over the item and waiting until the "arrow meter" fills fully. Storing a decoration puts it back in the shop, and additional items of that type cannot be bought while the item is stored. Stored decos are found in the storage tab.

Of all the holiday decorations, the trees are the most desired. They are perfect to turn any house into one with holiday spirit. There are four different kinds of holiday trees that can be bought on the Market Board, with the Star-topped Starlight Sentinel, Moon-topped, Sun-topped, and the regular versions on offer. The cheapest of them across Aether at the moment is the regular tree priced at 1,626,450 gil, and the most expensive one is the Moon-topped Starlight Sentinel at 500,000,000 gil. For players that wish to have something under their tree, the Empty Twinkleboxes sell for 5,145,000 gil at the current cheapest.
The Mogstation is where players can go to purchase in-game items for real money. Within gaming culture, there are players that frown upon this outlet, but Final Fantasy 14 tends to be far more humble in its items than other MMORPGs - with most of its for sale items being from previous events. This includes items from previous Starlight Celebrations, such as all four Starlight fir trees. The website actually offers more than what is allowed on the Market Board as well, including snow piles, Starlight Pillars, snowmen, posters, Goobbue Wreaths, Starlight Saplings, and many types of present boxes.
